Cooking Lesson at the Hôtel de Paris
From Saturday 1 March 2008 to Wednesday 31 December 2008
We propose the following program at the Hôtel de Paris from 140 €.
The guests will be welcomed by the Chef in the lobby of the Hôtel de Paris in the morning.
They will join the Ravel-Debussy kitchen where a coffee break composed of coffee, tea,
orange juice and French pastries will be served
The Chef will give to the guests a toque and an apron and he will start explaining the recipe
and the ingredients to create the dish. The theme will be around a product upon the season or
a classic recipe (salt or sweet). The ingredient will be presented, the origins, the technique to
use, the chef secret…
At the end of the lesson, the guests will leave the kitchen to join the “Grill” Restaurant located
on the roof of the Hôtel de Paris to enjoy a lunch. A gastronomic menu will be served including
½ a bottle of wine, water and a coffee per person.
During the annual closing of the “Grill” Restaurant, the lunch will be served at the Restaurant “Côté
Jardin”.
Note that a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10 people would be requested to plan the lesson.
The request should be addressed toward the Banqueting service of the Hôtel de Paris about 3 weeks in advance. .
